Whether you choose not to wear makeup, or you don’t have time to put it on, you can still look great. And while it’s comforting to know you have concealer and foundation in your makeup arsenal, it’s not difficult to look good without makeup.

Of course, whether you wear makeup or not, looking your best begins with a healthy diet, regular exercise, sufficient sleep and proper hydration. And don’t forget the importance of a regular skincare regime that includes cleansing twice a day, exfoliating at least once a week, and applying toner and moisturizer.

Wouldn’t it be great to just go one day without makeup, without worrying or even thinking about it?  

If your skin doesn’t look or feel right, no amount of makeup will do anything. It’s difficult to apply makeup to dry and flaky skin. And as good as your concealer hides your blemishes, it’s much better to feel confident enough to leave your house without having to put a bunch of makeup on.
